This coin, designed by Luís Filipe de Abreu, is the fourth and last in the series dedicated to the first circumnavigation voyage, carried out exactly five centuries ago. This coin, alluding to the conclusion of the epic, completes the set. On the obverse and reverse of this coin it is depicted the Victoria ship, returning to port with badly damaged sails, and an armillary sphere, a symbol of advances in the art of navigation, to which Magellan contributed so much.
