The obverse depicts a group of three plant elements showcasing the most commonly used stitches, the national coat of arms, the inscriptions "2015," "Portugal," and the face value, as well as the INCM logo. The reverse features a floral composition framing a bird as the central motif, along with the inscription "Colchas de Castelo Branco."
