For everyone and for each one

To mark this historic date, the Mint has minted a special commemorative coin, evoking the journey of an institution that has grown with the country and continues to play a central role in the lives of several generations.

Designed by Hugo Maciel, sculptor and numismatic engraver at the Mint, the coin features on the obverse the armillary sphere and the shield with the five quinas, national symbols. On the reverse, the emblematic logo of Caixa Geral de Depósitos stands out, developed in multiple geometries.
