Portugal 2025 2€ Scout PROOF

The 16th World Scout Meeting - Moot 2025, which will take place in Portugal between July 25 and August 3, 2025, brings together scouts from several countries and regions of the globe; The aim is to highlight the importance of youth mobilization to raise awareness of the growing challenges of adaptation, mobility and sustainable development that the digital age poses to governments, schools and the general population, through the issuance of a €2 commemorative coin.

The national side of the coin called “Always alert. Always ready» features on the front, occupying the entire central field, the fleur-de-lis, a universal symbol of world scouting; on the top edge in the center, the caption “Always alert. Always ready»; on the lower left edge, the author's name; on the lower edge in the center, the legend «Portugal» above which the era is indicated; and on the lower right edge, the national coat of arms followed by the indication of the issuing house.
