Conditions générales d'achat en ligne

Résumé

1. Les commandes sont traitées et expédiées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi, après validation du paiement. Le délai de livraison dépend de ces facteurs et de facteurs exogènes (transporteurs), ce qui n'obligera pas notre entreprise à annuler la commande.
2. Les retours dûment justifiés sont acceptés dans les 15 jours suivant la date d'expédition. Veuillez noter que certains produits ne peuvent être retournés dans ces conditions.
3. Les commandes fixes seront effectuées sur la base de la description du produit et les images sont un complément informatif sans nécessiter de précision.
4. Les frais d'expédition des commandes retournées de produits non défectueux seront à la charge de l'acheteur.
5. Même les commandes retirées de notre magasin physique seront soumises à des frais de traitement minimum de 2,00 €.
6. Toutes les commandes pourront être refusées pour cause de force majeure même après confirmation du paiement.
7. Les commandes enregistrées mais non payées après 3 jours ouvrables seront annulées.

Online store numismatica-online is available at www.numismatica-online.com and is managed by Paulo Esteves Lda. headquartered at Rua Presidente Arriaga nº96, 1200-774 Lisbon, Portugal, VAT number 507875273.

1. General information:

 
The store numismatica-online owned by Paulo Esteves Lda. focuses on online retail sales activity. Orders are accepted through the website www.numismatica-online.com, mail, telephone and fax.

Registering an account or placing an order assumes direct acceptance of these rules.

2. Orders:

Each customer order is a purchase of a single item or set of items.

Purchasing a single article is not dependent of the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of articles from other collections.

The necessary condition for order execution is that the customer's phone number and/or email address are valid for order confirmation. The customer will be informed of its acceptance by telephone, fax and/or email.

The order is approved and implemented (depending on the number of orders received and the quantity of items available, choosing the order to send the contract) by Paulo Esteves Lda. After an additional quality control the order is carefully packed and sent to the address specified by the buyer.

At your first order at numismatica-online online store you will be given an account to facilitate your further purchases.

3. Delivery of ordered items:

Ordered items are shipped via Post or Carrier.

The order will be processed as long as the articles are available at www.numismatica-online.com. In case of unavailability of some items the delivery time of the order may be extended. The customer will be informed of the items not available and the deadline for sending the order.

www.numismatica-online.com has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of its conclusion and to inform the customer.

If the customer does not agree to extend the delivery time, the customer may cancel the order completely or withdraw from the item (s) that extend the delivery time. www.numismatica-online.com may at the same time propose another article which may be of interest related to the unavailable article.

4. Payment rules:

Ordered items will be shipped by Post or Carrier (MRW/FedEx).

The order is delivered to the address indicated by the customer and the receipt serves as confirmation of delivery.

Upon receipt of the purchased goods, the customer must verify the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. In case of non-compliance you should write a report to a representative of the shipping company.

The customer bears the delivery costs of the products specified in the form.

Items available at www.numismatica-online.com may be paid by bank transfer through the IBAN that you will receive by email.

5. Price changes:

Prices for all products on the site are denominated in euros and include the corresponding VAT.

Shipping cost is not included in the item price and will be added to the order total.

www.numismatica-online.com reserves the right to change the prices of the products on offer, the introduction of new products, conduct and dismissal or alteration of promotional campaigns.

In case of price change, www.numismatica-online.com communicates to the customer by email or telephone the change. Price change by www.numismatica-online.com is considered a valid reason for the customer to cancel the order.

6. Right of withdrawal and return:

The customer may, without reason, withdraw from the order within 15 days after receiving the item(s).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer may at any time, without giving reasons, choose not to receive future shipments.

In order to cancel or waive delivery, a declaration of withdrawal of the order/contract must be submitted (by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone).

In case of cancellation or return of the order, www.numismatica-online.com refunds to the customer only the price paid in advance for the item (s). The customer must also return the order to the address of www.numismatica-online.com, in the original packaging, shipping at your own risk. Refund is returned within 2 business days to customer's bank account.

7. Costs and shipping time:

 The shipment cost will depend on your location and service speed. We provide a Standard and an Express service by courier to European Countries and United Kingdom.

We offer a fixed rate for some countries with a 24/48H delivery by courier for the main cities.

Orders are shipped within 24h-72h after payment confirmation. A tracking number is provided for each order so you can track the shipment.

If the item (s) are not available for immediate delivery, the customer will be informed and a new delivery time will be agreed. If there is no agreement between the parties the customer has the right to withdraw the order and the amount paid in advance is returned to him.

8. Claims:

The customer can cancel the order within 7 days by phone or email to info@numismatica-online.com informing the order number.

If the order is defective, the customer may require its replacement at no additional charge. Product damage must be identified and the packaging must not be damaged. Customer should resend defective product and forward proof of expense to www.numismatica-online.com. Before returning defective goods, please contact us.

If replacement of the defective item is not possible (eg item is no longer available) the customer may cancel the contract/order. If www.numismatica-online.com does not respond to the request to replace the item within 14 days, the request is considered reasonable. www.numismatica-online.com bears the costs and shipping costs of the new article.

9. Protection of personal data:

The personal data provided at the time of ordering will be processed by www.numismatica-online.com for the purpose of booking and immediate information on other services or products www.numismatica-online.com. You have the right to access and correct your personal data. www.numismatica-online.com is the administrator of personal data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 67/98 of 26 October on the protection of personal data (transposes Directive 95/46 of European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995). Without consent to the processing of personal data, it is not possible to process the request. 

 10. Additional Information:

The competent court for any disputes arising from the conclusion of the contract is the court competent for the defendant.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the current Regulations will be valid from the date of publication on the site www.numismatica-online.com

Orders placed before the date of changes to regulations are based on the provisions in effect on the date of order.
